Abstract
Purpose : When the follow upLipiodolnoncontrast CT scan is done for the Patient who got TACE procedure, we perform the noise measuring and dose reduction study according to the DoseRight index change also we get the image that have high diagnostic value using minimum dose.

Materials & Method : 103 patient who got TACE procedure tookLipiodolnoncontrast CT from January to august, 2014. We split them into six groups and each group has different DoseRight index changing and BMI.
128 Slice MDCT(Ingenuity CT powered by iPatient, PHILIPS Medical system, Netherlands) is used for these studies and we did both phantom and clinical research.
We record the Dose and SNR (Signal-to-noise ratio) is obtained by measuring CT number and Noise value. We evaluate the dose reduction effect by calculating effective dose using CTDIVOL and Dose Length Product(DLP) value offered from CT scanner.

Result : Image noise according to the DoseRight index change has statistically significant difference on the comparison per group.(p<0.001) applying DoseRight Index11 is 55% dose reduction effect of the CTDIVOL and 57% reduction of the effective dose than DoseRight 19.

Conclusions : This study has limit of application for the entire CT scan but it is considered that there is significant meaning because it reduce patient¡¯s exposure dose as well as maintaining image quality properly by applying DoseRight index application for Lipiodolnoncontrast CT.
